Who can become a Certified Athlete Evaluator?
Anyone with a background in sports performance, coaching, athletic training, or recruiting can apply to become a Certified Athlete Evaluator. We’re looking for passionate individuals who are committed to athlete development and want to bring verified, data-driven evaluation to their local sports communities. All evaluators must complete our certification training to ensure consistency and quality.
What sports does Top 100 Sports support?
Top 100 Sports currently supports Baseball, Softball, and Lacrosse, with more sports coming soon. Each sport has a customized evaluation process built around the key metrics and movements that matter most for athlete development and recruiting.
How does the evaluation process work?
Athletes participate in a verified, data-driven evaluation led by a Certified Evaluator. During the session, we collect metrics across speed, strength, agility, and sport-specific skills using professional-grade equipment and standardized protocols. Each athlete receives a digital player profile, video content, and their Core4 scores—giving them a clear snapshot of where they stand and what to improve.
What kind of support will I receive from HQ?
As a Certified Evaluator, you'll receive full support from Top 100 Sports HQ including onboarding and training, access to marketing materials, digital tools to run and report evaluations, ongoing education, and business growth support. You'll also be part of a national network of evaluators and have direct access to our team for guidance whenever you need it.
