At Top 100 Sports, Core4 is our athlete performance framework. It’s how we evaluate, rank, and develop athletes — and it’s built to match the demands of each sport.
A snapshot of how they stack up in the four most critical performance categories for their game. These aren’t just stats — they’re the controllable traits that lead to real development and real results.
Core4 gives organizations and athletes a clear picture of where they stand, where they need to grow, and how they compare to peers across the country.
Core4 is the Language of Development
Whether you’re trying to stand out at a showcase, earn more playing time, or get on a college coach’s radar, Core4 is the tool that translates your ability into opportunity.
REGISTER FOR AN EVENTThe Core4 Score is a number out of 100 that shows how your athlete is performing in four key areas of development:

Each of the four categories contributes 25% to the final Core4 Score. When all four areas are added together, you get a clear, objective score out of 100.
